Guidelines
- The mobile home must be at least 10 feet in width and 40 feet in length
- Must be primary owner occupied residence
- Photo requirements vary per state
- Mobile home must be manufactured within the last 15 years
- Mobile Home must be insured to 100% of ACV or Replacement Cost (where available)
