Take advantage of this year-round business-booster! This program is for one to four family dwellings that are used seasonally or as a secondary residence by the owner or by a tenant. It is designed for dwellings, condos, and townhouses and covers dwellings and personal property with a total insured value of up to $1,000,000.

Liability:
- Personal Liability Limits up to $1,000,000 if owner occupied
- Premises Liability Limits up to $1,000,000
- Medical Payments To Others
Limits up to $5,000
Guidelines (Additional state specific guidelines may apply):
- Insurance to value is required to be 100% of ACV or Replacement Cost, whichever applies
- A complete, signed application is necessary to bind coverage
- Photos are required for all dwellings
- Inspections may be conducted on some dwellings
