Because the show must go on, this program is designed for entertainers who typically perform on a local level, such as private parties, fairs/exhibitions, neighborhood carnivals and theatrical companies. Entertainers include, but are not limited to: bands, DJ's and karaoke hosts, clowns, caricature artists, face painters, home-party entertainers, magicians, psychics and fortune tellers, theatrical performers and singing/stripping telegrams.
