Underwriting Rules
Liability:
- Determine if water or sewer treatment facilities maintained or operated by the applicant.
- Determine if membership is voluntary.
Applications:
Prohibited Business
- Any community association where the builder or developer is a member of the board of directors for the association or corporation
- Any risk that has sustained a mold loss for which proof cannot be obtained that 100% remediation has occurred
- Accounts with garbage dumps or landfills
